Aesthetics Professional
We are currently seeking a part-time Aesthetics Professional to join our team. As an Aesthetics Professional, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from the initial interaction to the completion of services. In addition, you will have the valuable opportunity to collaborate with and learn from our team of seasoned industry professionals.

Qualifications:
- Experienced professional with a minimum of 2 yrs experience in their respective field. Having an existing clientele is a bonus, but not a requirement.
- Showcases the capability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a diverse team of beauty professionals.
Hours: Part-Time hours (minimum 15 hours per week) including some Saturdays and some evenings. With the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
Compensation: $18-$22/hr. Employee will be paid hourly with commission or straight commission, whichever earns them more. Bi-annual performance reviews are subject to pay revisions.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

Collaborate with team members to deliver consistently exceptional client experiences.

Show up on time for your appointments ready to take your clients at their scheduled time.

Welcome and cater to clients' needs, providing exceptional assistance.

Thoroughly evaluate client intake forms. When a client returns, ensure that no changes in their history could affect the service.

Provide comprehensive client consultation for the service offered and, when necessary, obtain appropriate service consent forms from clients.

Professional discretion should be exercised when evaluating any contraindications for the provision of services, with appropriate action taken as necessary.

Apply professional expertise to thoroughly analyze information and evaluate results, in order to confidently select the best solution for our clients and drive them towards achieving their service-related goals.

Don't forget to snap before and after photos of clients, when it makes sense.
