Cancellation Policy

To help ensure our small business can pay its bills and employee's fairly we have a strict cancellation policy in place. At Luxaderm, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If less than 48 hours is given, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee before you can rebook. All appointments require a valid working credit card on file.

We will never share or sell your information with any third parties without your explicit consent. We make sure that all the data collected on our website is securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel. We take all the necessary precautions to ensure that your information is safe and secure. We also have a secure payment system that keeps all your financial data safe and secure.

6. All guests must be 16 years or older.
