The Quanta Q Plus C Evo — Unmatched Results, Unrivaled Technology

We’ve chosen the Quanta Q Plus C Evo because it delivers the most advanced, effective, and safest laser treatments available anywhere in the world. Unlike other systems, this laser combines three true laser wavelengths (1064 nm, 532 nm, and Ruby 694 nm), giving us the power to treat all skin types and the full spectrum of tattoo ink — including stubborn colours like blue and green.

What does that mean for you? Fewer sessions, faster fading, and better outcomes — with less risk and downtime.

This isn’t just a laser — it’s the gold standard. If you’re serious about results, there’s no better technology than the Quanta Q Plus C Evo. And that’s exactly why we use it.

Why you should choose Luxaderm

As artists first, we’ve always cared deeply about the quality of our work. After seeing too many clients get mediocre tattoo removal results elsewhere, we knew something had to change.

So we sourced the best laser technology in the world — the Quanta Q Plus C Evo — and trained with the experts so we could do it ourselves.

Now, we combine our artistic eye, technical skill, and top-tier equipment to deliver results you can truly see and feel. We’re here to do it right — safely, effectively, and with care.

The technology behind better results

Not all lasers are created equal  and the results speak for themselves. The Quanta Q Plus C Evo is one of the most advanced laser systems in the world, and here’s why it makes such a difference:

✔️ Three True Laser Wavelengths

Most lasers only use one or two wavelengths, which limits what they can treat. The Q Plus C Evo uses three true laser wavelengths — 1064 nm, 532 nm, and Ruby 694 nm — allowing us to target all ink colors, including tough blues and greens, with precision and power.

✔️ Safe for All Skin Types

Thanks to its flexibility and precision, we can safely treat all skin tones with minimal risk of damage or pigmentation changes.

✔️ Better Fading in Fewer Sessions

This laser delivers more energy where it counts, breaking down ink particles more efficiently. That means fewer sessions, faster results, and less money spent in the long run.

✔️ Less Discomfort, Minimal Downtime

With advanced pulse technology and skin-safe settings, treatments are quicker, more comfortable, and recovery is fast — so you can get back to your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions will I need?

Every tattoo is different. Factors like ink color, depth, placement, skin type, and your overall health all play a role. On average, most tattoos require 5–10 sessions, spaced 3-4 weeks apart. We’ll give you a personalized estimate at your consultation.

Does it hurt?

Laser tattoo removal feels similar to a rubber band snap or hot pinprick. It’s quick — treatments usually take just a few minutes. We also use cooling systems and numbing options to keep you comfortable.

How long does a session take?

Most laser tattoo removal sessions are very quick — typically 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the tattoo. Larger or more complex tattoos may take a bit longer, but the actual laser time is usually just a few minutes. We’ll have you in and out efficiently, without rushing your care.

Will it completely remove my tattoo?

In most cases, yes — especially with our advanced Quanta Q Plus C Evo laser. Some tattoos may fade to near-invisible depending on the ink and how your body responds. Either way, we aim for maximum fading with minimal skin disruption.

Can you treat all skin types?

Yes! The Q Plus C Evo is safe and effective on all skin tones. We carefully adjust settings to protect your skin while still delivering powerful results.

What about colored tattoos?

That’s where our technology shines. Many lasers struggle with blues, greens, and light colours. Our machine includes a Ruby wavelength (694 nm) specifically designed to target these stubborn pigments.

Is there downtime after a session?

Downtime is minimal. You may have redness, swelling, or blistering for a few days — similar to a mild sunburn. We’ll provide full aftercare instructions to support proper healing.

Can you fade a tattoo for a cover-up?

Absolutely. If you're planning a new piece, we can strategically fade your existing tattoo to give your artist an easier canvas to work with.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your tattoo. We offer free consultations so we can assess your tattoo and give you an accurate quote with no pressure or obligation. You're roughly looking at $150 per square inch, per session and then an extra $100 per square inch after that. Pricing will vary.

Who should avoid tattoo removal? (contraindications)

While laser tattoo removal is safe for most people, there are certain conditions or situations where treatment may not be recommended, including:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Active skin infections or open wounds near the treatment area

  • History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring

  • Certain skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, or vitiligo

  • Recent sunburn or tanning in the treatment area

  • Use of photosensitive medications (which increase skin sensitivity to light)

  • Certain medical conditions or immune system disorders (please disclose during consultation)

We always conduct a thorough assessment during your consultation to ensure laser removal is safe and suitable for you.

How to Prepare for Your Laser Tattoo Removal Session

  • Avoid sun exposure on the area for at least 2 weeks before treatment. Tanned or sunburned skin can increase the risk of side effects.

  • Don’t apply lotions, creams, or makeup on the day of your session. Your skin should be clean and dry.

  • Avoid waxing, tanning, or bleaching the tattoo area in the weeks before treatment.

  • If you’re on any medications, especially photosensitive ones, let us know during your consultation.

  • Stay hydrated and well-rested — it helps your skin heal better!

Aftercare Tips for the Best Results

  • Expect some redness, swelling, or mild blistering — this is normal and usually fades within a few days.

  • Keep the area clean and dry. Gently cleanse with mild soap and water, then pat dry.

  • Apply any recommended healing ointments as directed. Avoid heavy creams or perfumes on the treated area.

  • Avoid sun exposure and always use broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect the area while it heals.

  • Do not pick, scratch, or peel any scabs or blisters — this helps prevent scarring.

  • Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, or heavy sweating for a few days after treatment to reduce infection risk.

  • Follow your technician’s specific instructions and reach out if you have any concerns.
